MidTerm - Magpie Apartment

Welcome to Magpie Apartment, a comfortable one-bedroom accommodation managed by IMMOCTO and situated in Budapest’s historic city center. With the Danube, the Central Market Hall, Váci Street, and excellent public transport connections nearby, the apartment is a convenient choice for couples, small families, friends, and business travelers.

The Space

This approximately 38 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and features:

• One separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed
• A living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV
• A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dining table, kitchenware, and cooking essentials
• A private modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries
• Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort
• Free Wi-Fi
• A washing machine
• A private entrance

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

Please note that the apartment is located on a lower-ground level and the building does not have an elevator. The property is therefore not suitable for guests requiring wheelchair access.

Magpie Apartment is located on Szarka Street in Budapest’s 5th district, close to the Danube and many of the city’s most popular attractions.

Fővám tér station on Metro Line M4 and Ferenciek tere station on Metro Line M3 are both within convenient walking distance.

Several tram and bus routes operate nearby. Tram lines along the Danube and around Fővám tér provide convenient connections to many parts of Budapest.

Airport Access

Budapest Airport is approximately 13 kilometres from the property. It can be reached by taxi, airport transfer, or public transportation. The 100E airport bus can be accessed from the Kálvin tér area.

Walking

Many central attractions can be reached comfortably on foot. The Central Market Hall, Váci Street, Liberty Bridge, the Danube, and the Hungarian National Museum are all nearby.

Parking

The apartment does not include private parking. Paid public parking and parking garages may be available in the surrounding city-center area.

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Guests may be required to present photo identification and a payment card during check-in.

Guests under 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children are welcome. A baby cot may be provided free of charge for children up to 3 years old when requested in advance and subject to availability. Extra beds are not available.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please contact us before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
