Welcome to Parliament Studio, a compact and well-equipped accommodation located on Alkotmány Street in the heart of Budapest. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Hungarian Parliament Building, the apartment is an excellent choice for couples, solo travelers, or business guests seeking a peaceful stay in one of the city’s most central neighborhoods.

The Space

This efficiently arranged 25 m² studio provides comfortable accommodation for up to two guests.

Please note that air conditioning and a television are not listed among the apartment’s confirmed facilities.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

Self-check-in is available, and detailed access instructions will be provided before arrival.

Interaction with Guests

The apartment is managed through IMMOCTO. We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

Neighborhood

Parliament Studio is located at 19 Alkotmány Street in Budapest’s 5th district, only a short walk from the Hungarian Parliament Building and Kossuth Lajos Square.

The neighborhood combines impressive historic architecture with excellent transport connections and a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, and shops. Despite its central location, the apartment offers a quiet and peaceful environment.

Getting Around

Metro

Kossuth Lajos Square station on Metro Line M2 is within walking distance and provides convenient connections toward Deák Ferenc Square, the Buda side, and Keleti Railway Station.

Nyugati Railway Station on Metro Line M3 is also nearby.

Tram

Scenic Tram 2 operates beside the Parliament Building and provides convenient connections along the Danube.

Trams 4 and 6 can be reached near Nyugati Railway Station and operate frequently throughout the day and night.

Bus

Several bus and trolleybus routes serve the surrounding area, making it easy to reach other parts of Budapest.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is approximately 15 km from the apartment. The property can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

The 100E airport bus connects the airport with Deák Ferenc Square, from where Parliament Studio can be reached by Metro Line M2 or a short taxi journey.

Walking

The apartment’s central location makes walking one of the easiest ways to explore the city. Parliament, Liberty Square, the Danube, St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Opera House, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within comfortable walking distance.

By Car

Public parking may be available in the surrounding streets or nearby parking garages. Central Budapest parking is generally subject to charges, regulations, and availability. Parking is not included with the apartment.

Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Guests may be required to present valid photo identification and the payment card used for the reservation at check-in.

Guests under 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Special Requests

Baby cots and extra beds are not available at this property. Other special requests should be submitted before arrival and are subject to availability and possible additional charges.

We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. Once these items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing anything else required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
