This thoughtfully arranged 34 m² apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to three guests.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional residential building and is accessed by stairs. Please note that there is no elevator, so the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The apartment is managed by IMMOCTO. We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

Kossuth Lajos Square station on Metro Line M2 is also accessible on foot.

Tram

Scenic Tram 2 operates along the Danube near the Parliament Building and connects several important riverside attractions.

Trams 4 and 6 can be reached near Nyugati Railway Station and provide frequent connections across central Budapest.

Bus

Several local bus and trolleybus routes operate in the surrounding streets, making it easy to reach other areas of the city.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is approximately 15 km from the apartment. The property can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

The 100E airport bus connects the airport with Deák Ferenc Square, from where the apartment can be reached by Metro Line M3 or on foot.

Walking

The central location makes walking one of the easiest ways to explore Budapest. The Basilica, Parliament, Liberty Square, Opera House, Danube, Chain Bridge, restaurants, and cafés are all within convenient walking distance.

Guests may be required to present valid photo identification and the payment card used for the reservation at check-in. Guests under 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please let us know before your arrival. Requests are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. Once these items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing anything else required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
