Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The apartment faces the building’s inner courtyard, helping to reduce traffic noise despite its very central location.

The apartment is managed by IMMOCTO. We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

The frequently operating trams 4 and 6 stop at Oktogon and provide convenient connections across central Budapest. These tram services operate throughout the night.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is approximately 14 km from the apartment. The property can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

The 100E airport bus connects the airport with Deák Ferenc Square, from where the apartment can be reached by Metro Line M1 or on foot.

Walking

Many of Budapest’s most famous attractions are within walking distance. Andrássy Avenue, the Opera House, House of Terror, St. Stephen’s Basilica, restaurants, cafés, theatres, and nightlife venues can all be reached comfortably without using public transportation.

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Special Requests

Baby cots and extra beds are not available at this property. Other special requests should be submitted before arrival and are subject to availability and possible additional charges.

We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. Once these items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing anything else required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
