The Space

This 48 m² ground-floor apartment is located in Building B and offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests.

For safety and security, surveillance cameras operate in the swimming-pool and communal holiday-complex areas. There are no cameras inside the apartment or its private living spaces.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe the property’s quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Swimming Pools and Outdoor Facilities

The swimming pools and outdoor facilities are shared with other residents and guests. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. Guests must follow all posted pool and residential-complex regulations.

The pool bar generally operates seasonally and, when open, may be accessible between approximately 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Its availability and operating hours are determined by the complex and cannot be guaranteed.

Special Requests

A baby cot is available free of charge for children up to two years old when requested in advance. Cots are subject to availability. Extra beds are not available.

We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. Once these items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing anything else required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
