The Space

Located on the second floor of the modern Admiral Family residential complex, built in 2017, this 57 m² apartment offers stylish interiors, comfortable furnishings, and an additional 16 m² terrace.

Hévíz–Balaton Airport is approximately 86 km from the apartment. Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by car, private transfer, or a combination of train and airport transportation.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Swimming Pools and Outdoor Facilities

The swimming pools and other outdoor facilities are shared with residents and guests of the complex. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Guests must follow the posted pool, garden, and residential-complex regulations.

Special Requests

Baby cots may be available upon advance request and are subject to availability. Extra beds are not available. Other special requests are also subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwasher detergent. Once these supplies have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing anything else required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
