Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Guests may be required to present valid photo identification and the payment card used for the reservation at check-in.

Guests under 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Swimming Pool

The outdoor swimming pool is shared with other residents and guests of the complex. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please follow the posted pool and residential-complex regulations.

Special Requests

Baby cots may be available upon advance request and are subject to availability. Extra beds are not available. Other special requests are also subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwasher detergent. Once these supplies have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing anything else required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
